摘    要:本文从提高工业控制系统可靠性的思想出发,在分析、比较了目前已有的多种容错措施后,提出了一种高可靠性、通用型的控制系统体系结构。它以计算机的设备冗余为基础,采用GPIB集散式外总线松耦合结构,以软件容错为主要方法,结合BITBUS分布式网络环境的优势构成三冗余分布式容错体系。它具备较强的故障检测、隔离功能和自动切换、自动恢复能力,且可维护性好、性能价格比高,适用于各种规模、可靠性要求高的应用场合。通过具体的应用实例,详细介绍了系统构成、容错原理、技术关键和技术措施。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of industry control system,the author proposes ahigh reliable structure for the control system on the basis of analysis and comparison of the existing tolerance techniques. In this structure the computer hardware and software redundancy technique is used with the loose-coupling structure of the IEEE-488 general purpose interface bus, as well as the BITBUS distributed network. The system, characterized by excellent failure detection, failure isolation, automatic alternation and automatic recovery, is high reliable, flexible and maintainable. The system structure, tolerance principle and key technique are introduced.
