| 摘 要： | 基于现代主义之上的教师角色受到后现代主义教育家们的批判．他们纷纷从后现代的视角来重构教师的地住与作用。文章从八个方面对此进行了探讨。教师只有适时更新观念、转变角色，才能成为教育改革中的变革力量，成为学生发展的领路人。
