基于层次分析法的产品平台开发风险评价

随着大规模定制时代的来临,产品平台正以其独特的优势满足企业和市场的需求。然而在其开发过程中却存在着一定的风险。基于此,本研究在汲取相关项目资料和大量专家意见的基础上,将产品平台开发的风险因素归结为技术风险、市场风险、财务风险、地域风险、生产风险和管理风险。在此基础上建立产品平台开发风险评价指标体系,应用AHP法确定指标权重。最后结合某公司实例对产品平台开发风险进行了定量评估,从而为产品平台开发的风险评价提供了更为科学、客观的依据。

Risk Assessment on Product Platform Development Based on AHP

With the era of mass customization is coming,product platform with its unique advantages is meeting the needs of enterprises and markets.However,there are some risks in the course of its development.For this reason,this paper concludes the risk factors of the product platform development as follows:technology risk,market risk,financial risk,geographical risk,production risk and management risk,which is on the based of a large number of relevant project materials and experts'advice.After establishing risk evaluation index system,this paper defines the weights of indicators with AHR Finally,it evaluates quantificationally the risk of product platforms development with the example of a company,which provides a scientific and objective evidence for the risk assessment on product platform development.
