无模拉伸温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限元法对具有深透加热时的无模拉伸温度场进行解析,推导出其热传导微分方程式;首次分析了温度场中的热流输出边界条件,并考虑了加热线圈与冷却喷嘴间距的影响。理论解析结果很好地反映了拉伸件内部温度分布,为无模拉伸变形的进一步研究提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Finite element analysis is made to the wire temperature field in dieless drawing as the wire has been heated thoroughly. Based on a fundamental differential equation derived, the boundary conditions of heat flow output is discussed taking the influences of the space between heating coil and cooling nozzle into consideration. The FEA results may represent satisfactorily the temperature distribution within workpiece and provide a theoretical means for further study.
