嵌入式高精度超声测距装置的研制

摘    要:文中设计的装置解决了国产电路板雕刻机存在的无距离显示和超限保护的问题,简要介绍了超声测距的基本原理,分析了利用嵌入式微处理器芯片LPC2131实现装置软硬件设计。选用新型固定式测距传感器946实现了高精度小距离测量。从测距传感器精度、A/D转换位数、环境温度、回波监测和外加的脉冲电压等方面,讨论了提高系统精度的措施。

Abstract:The device discussed in this paper resolves the existing deficiencies of China-made engraving machine :non-distance display and over limit protection.It introduces the basic principles about ultrasonic range finder,and analyses the concrete hardware and software design based on embedded microprocessor-LPC2131.High precision distance-measurement was implemented by the way of selecting the new type and fixed ultrasonic range finding sensor.The Measures to improve the accuracy of the device were also discussed in terms of accuracy of ultrasonic range finding sensor,the bits of A/D transformer,environment temperature,return wave detecting and pulse voltage.
