摘    要:在人工零上低温下,巴西橡胶树、小粒种咖啡线粒体超微结构受损伤,其程度与抗冷性呈负相关;呼吸强度和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶谱带的变化,在不同作物、不同抗性品系中存在差异;ATP含量随着低温持续时间而下降,抗性弱的品系下降得较快。

Abstract:Under the chilling temperature, the infrastructure of mitochondria inHevea brasiliensis and Coffea arabica is injured. The injuring degree is negatively correlated to the cold resistance. The respiratory intensity and isozyme bands of cytoehrome oxidase are different among various kinds of resistance clones and the crops. Their ATP content decreases with the chilling treatment course, in particular, more rapidly for non-resistance clones decreases.
