| 摘 要： | 头发是理想的活体材料,能明显地反映人体中各种微量元素的累积情况,可用来评价人体的病理和营养状况。本文用ICP-AES测定了厦门地区75例正常人头发样品中12种微量元素的含量,填补了福建沿海地区尚未有头发中微量元素含量记录的空白。同时,对34例癌症病人的头发样品进行了同步分析,可望能为微量元素与癌症关系的研究提供某些有价值的信息。

| Abstract: | The hair samples of 75 normal people and 34 cancer patients in Xiamenarea are analyzed by ICP-AES. The accuracy of method is evaluated with standard addition recovery test. The relative standard deviations of multielements for six measurements are in the range of 0. 3%-5. 8%. The results of statistical analysis indicate that there exist some differences of element content in hair sample between cancer patients and normal people. |
