摘    要:通过电镜放射自显影,原子吸收光谱法分析硒在胃癌细胞中的分布和含量,光谱法测定细胞中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,结果表明亚硒酸钠主要作用于胃癌细胞的线粒体和细胞核,对线粒体DNA,细胞核DNA的复制和基因表达均有一定的作用,在亚硒酸钠处理的胃癌细胞中,随着硒含量的提高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性也提高,从而阻止了线粒体中的脂质过氧化反应,使线粒体结构与功能恢复正常。

Abstract:The distribution of selenium and the content of selenium in the cells had been studied through electron microscope autoradiography and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the activity of glutathione peroxidase in the cells had also been analysed through spectrophotometry. The result showed that sodium selenite acted mainly on mitochondria and nucleus in human gastric adenocarcino-ma cells, it might effect on the duplication of mitochondrial DNA, the duplication of nuclear DNA and gene expression. The activity of glutatbione peroxidase also increased when the content of selenium increased in carcinoma cells treated with sodium selenite, it could prevent lipoid peroxidatic reaction in mitochondria and made mitochondrial structure and function return to normal.
