| 摘 要： | 针对某铸造厂混凝土框架结构损坏较严重，尚属Ⅱ类可加固结构，从生产的连续性、经济效益、修复周期等方面考虑，筛选了粘贴钢板、钢板套里浇筑澎胀混凝土、钢纤维砂浆等材料来填充凿出的结构裂缝、空鼓沟、孔等成套加固技术。在不停产的条件下，对结构进行加固，使混凝土强度达到C20、C30强度等级以上。达到预期的使用功能。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the serious damage of the concrete frame in a casting factory,the ways of reinforcing technique such as bonding steel plate,expanding concrete and steel fiber mortar are selected to pack structural cracks,gauls,pores and so on were presented.The concrete strength can get the C20 or C30 grade when the structure is reinforced in the non-stop condition,which achieves the expected function and notable economic per formance. |
