| 摘 要： | 研究了五灵脂对成年和老年小鼠组织ＳＯＤ活性的影响。五灵脂５ｇ．ｋｇ＾－１和１０ｇ．ｋｇ＾－１灌胃能显提高成年小鼠肝、脑、肾、心及脾组织ＳＯＤ活性；五灵脂１０ｇ．ｋｇ＾－１能显提高老年大鼠肝、脑及肾组织ＳＯＤ活性，老年给药组小鼠ＳＯＤ活性与老年对照且小鼠比较差异显。但成年小鼠对照组比较差异不显。这表明提示五灵脂有抗自由基效应及抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effects of Trogopterus xanthipes nightsoil on the activity of superoxide dismu- tase( SOD) in adult and aged mice have been studied.Trogopterus xanthipes nightsoil( 5,1 0 g/Kg,ig) sig- nificantly increased the activity of SOD in adult mouse liver,brain,kidney,heart and spleen.Trogopterus xanthipes nightsoil( 1 0 g/Kg,ig) also significantly increased the activity of SOD in aged mouse liver,brain and kindey.The activity of SOD in aged testgroup was apparently higher than the aged control group,but it had no obvionsly difference with thatof the adult control group.These results suggested that Trogoterus xanthipes nightsoil has anti- free radical and anti- aged effect on adult and aged mice. |
