| 摘 要： | 经济组织都是存在边界的。组织的内部与外部存在边界；组织内部之间也存在一定的边界。组织边界的存在是组织塑性的一种表现。同时也是组织塑性机理产生的作用及其他组织塑性表现的一种基础性的支持。本文对组织边界及部门间边界机理进行研究，讨论了组织边界下的壁垒、组织膜及渗透、组织边界的重构。

are boundaries in any economic organization, there is a boundary between internal and
external organization, and both inter-department in organ i zation. Organization boundary
is a kind of manifestation of the organizational p lasticity, otherwise, it is a kind of a
basic supported framework of the organiz ational plasticity mechanism. In this paper, the
mechanism of organizational and inter-department boundary is discussed. |
