摘    要:本文应用有限元法对磁流体密封的非线性轴对称磁场进行了分析计算,讨论了密封间隙大小、永磁体性能对密封的最大承压能力△P_(mxa)的影响.计算结果表明,△P_(max)随密封间隙增大而迅速下降,随永磁体性能提高而上升,而且在间隙较小时,永磁体性能对△P_(max)的影响更大.

Abstract:Numerical calculation of the axisymmetric nonlinear magnetic field of a magnetic fluid seal by FEM is described. The field distribution in sealing clearance is obtained, and the influence of the clearance size and the property of permanent magnet on the maximum pressure capability of the magnetic fluid seal are discussed. Calculation results show that the maximum pressure capability decrease rapidly with an increase of sealing clearance and that the better the permanent magnet property is, the higher the maximum pressure capability will be. It is also found that when the clearance size is small, the maximum pressure capability is more sensitive to the property of permanent magnet.
