| 摘 要： | 入世以后，为了适应WTO对知识产权的保护规则和协议，对于我国图书馆在数字化建设过程中出现的各种版权问题，应该采取积极的应对策略，如图书馆的重新定位、建立和完善相关法律、采取技术保护措施和建立集中管理组织等。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO, in order to fit in with WTO's regulations and ag reements about the protection of intellectual property right, this paper points out that for various problems of the copyright occurring in the course of the co nstruction of digital library, we should adopt active corresponding countermeasu res, such as re-positioning of the library, establishing and perfecting related laws, adopting technical protective measures, and setting up the integrated man agerial organizations, etc. |
