| 摘 要： | :在分析目前铁路行包运输存在问题的基础上 ,提出了铁路行包营运管理信息系统的总体设计目标 ,通过方案比选给出了该系统的总体结构 ,设计了该系统计算机网络、应用系统、数据库等的规划方案及系统环境的配置 ,提出实施策略并分析了系统的效益

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current China railway baggage and parcel transportation, system target and overall structure of the MIS system is designed. Meanwhile, the structure of computer network, application system and database are also given in the paper. At last, the benefits and implementation of the system are discussed. |
