摘    要:在分析张力辊打滑机理的基础上 ,对发电状态和电动状态的压辊受力进行了分析 ,给出了带钢不打滑的条件 ,确定了带钢不打滑的最大和最小张力值

Abstract:Because of its excellent controlling tension,a bridle unit has been widely used in a cold mill.The stability of its working conditions will influence the production directly.Based on analysing the mechanism of strip's sliding on the bridle,how much pressures its snubber rolls should have to prevent strip's sliding on the bridle is explained under the different working conditions.
