应用热力系统流网模型分析高压加热器泄漏后热力系统流网的变化

摘    要:要分析火电机组高压加热器泄漏后,热力系统的变化情况,必须首先知道热力系统流体网络内工质压力和质量流量的变化情况。为了获得以上数据,应用流体网络理论建立了某机组热力系统流网模型,经验证建模方法可行。应用该建模方法,建立了3号高压加热器泄漏后的热力系统流网模型。通过模型求解,得到了3号高压加热器泄漏后工质压力和质量流量分布情况,分析了高压加热器泄漏后,热力系统流体网络的变化。

Abstract:Pressure and mass flow distribution of the fluid network are required for thermodynamic system analysis after high pressure heater leakage. In order to obtain the data,the fluid network model of thermodynamic system was established According to the Fluid Network Theory. The modeling method was verified to be feasible. Using this modeling method, the fluid network model of thermodynamic system which No. 3 high pressure heater had been leaking was established. By solving the model, pressure and mass flow distribution of the fluid network of thermodynamic system with No. 3 high pressure heater leakage were obtained, the changes of fluid network of thermodynamic system with No. 3 high pressure heater leakage were analyzed.
