摘    要:相对于普通扣件式钢管模板支架,碗扣式钢管模板支架具有搭设灵活、通用性强、经济性好等优点,在各类建筑工程中得到了普遍的应用,因为设计原理不能够弥补施工管理中由于管理和原料质量等因素的不足,使碗扣式钢管支架在众多的工程实际应用中存在很大的不安全因素,限制了在施工现场的进一步推广。针对此情况,结合碗扣式模板的承载独特性,着重讨论碗扣式钢管模板支架承载力的检测分析与试验方法,希望可以为制定碗扣式钢管模板支架技术规范提供理论依据。

Abstract:Compared with common scaffold, bowl button steel formwork support with the erection of the advantage of flexibility, versatility, good economy and so on, has been widely used in various building projects, but due to defects in design theory and construction management and quality of materials, which has great potential in engineering application therefore, restricted its further popularization and application. Therefore, according to the characteristic of bowl buckle node, analysis and testing methods mainly discuss the bowl button steel formwork support capacity, so as to provide basis for the formulation of cuplok steel tubular formwork supports specification.
