摘    要:对某导航终端导航芯片进行了传导敏感度测试研究。通过电流注入探头把连续波干扰信号耦合到电源端口,然后观测信号输出管脚的时域信号及导航分析软件的分析结果来判定导航芯片是否敏感。通过对电流注入探头进行S参数校准分析精确得出注入到电源端口的干扰信号幅值。通过该测试方法得到芯片电源端口10 k Hz~400 MHz的敏感度曲线。通过研究发现敏感度曲线与电源端口和信号输出端口的插入损耗趋势一致,验证了测试结果与校准方法的正确性。该测试的扩展不确定度小于CISPR规定值,该测试方法可为导航芯片级传导敏感度测试中出现的敏感现象提供判定依据。

Abstract:Abstract: In this paper, a navigation terminal has been conducted by researched immunity of a navigation chip. The continuous wave interference signal is coupled to the power port using a current injection probe, and then through observing the time domain signal at the output port and analyzing the result of navigation analysis software to determine whether the navigation chip fails .The amplitude of the interference signal is obtained by the S parameter calibration of the current injection probe. The frequency band 10 kHz-400 MHz immunity curve of the chip power port is obtained by the method. Through the study, it is found that the immunity curve is in line with the insertion loss of the power and the signal output ports, which verifies the correctness of the measurement result and the calibration method. The expanded uncertainty of the test is less than the CISPR defined value. The test method can provide a judging basis for the conducted immunity measurement of navigation chip.
