摘    要:合成了两个新型的手性salen-manganese(Ⅲ)配合物,在分别以吡啶氮氧化物和醋酸铵为助催化剂的条件下,运用于催化茚的不对称环氧化反应.以次氯酸钠为氧化剂,在水和二氯甲烷双相的反应体系中,得到了中等到良好的对映选择性以及可以接受的反应产率.由于在salen-manganese(Ⅲ)基体结构的5,5'位引入了亚甲胺基,因此,这两个环氧化催化剂可能具有某种相转移能力.

Abstract:Two new chiral salen-manganese(Ⅲ) complexes were synthesized and employed in the enantioselective epoxidation of indene in the presence of pyridine N-oxide and ammonium acetate as cocatalysts, respectively. Moderate to excellent enantioselectivity and acceptable yields were achieved when NaClO had been used as the terminal oxidant under CH2Cl2/H2O biphasic media. These two epoxidation catalysts should have certain phase-transfer capability due to the methylene aminoalkyl groups on the 5,5'-positions of their manganese salen matrixes.
