微细NaY分子筛的合成和性能

摘    要:进行了微细NaY分子筛的合成.以工业化为基础,系统研究了导向剂的老化温度和时间、分子筛的成胶温度、凝胶的老化温度和时间、以及晶化温度和时间等因素对NaY分子筛细化的影响,并经优化合成条件,合成出了SiO2/Al2O3≥55,粒度分布范围小,平均粒径小于300nm的微细NaY分子筛.测定表明差热破坏温度为895℃,BET比表面积、微孔体积及外表面积分别为1050m2/g、04ml/g和155m2/g,所合成的FCC催化剂MA达89,生焦量为48%.

Abstract:The effects of the ageing temperature and time of guide agent, the colloidizing temperature of molecular sieve and the ageing and crystallizing temperatures and times of gel on the synthesis of microsize NaY zeolite are discussed. By optmizing synthesis conditions, a kind of microsize NaY zeolite is synthesized whose particle size is smaller than 300nm and distribution range of particle size are also very small. Its ratio of SiO 2 to Al 2O 3 is equal to or larger than 5.5. And its differential thermal failure temperature, BET specific surface area, micropore volume and external surface area are respectively 895℃, 1050m 2/g, 0 4 ml/g and 15.5 m 2/g. The MA and coke generation of FCC catalyst synthesized are separately 89 and 4.8%.
