| 摘 要： | 本文从管理体制、资助体系、战略部署、人才分布、经费投入等5个方面阐述了我国地方基础研究的发展现状,从中发现我国地方基础研究存在管理体制不顺、重视程度不够、地区发展不均衡等问题,并结合地方基础研究发展需要提出了政策建议。
