甜菊叶肉细胞脱分化高尔基体超微结构观察

摘    要:应用电镜观察脱分化的甜菊叶肉细胞高尔基体与叶绿体、细胞核和微体的关系,结果如下:1)高尔基体成熟面紧贴正在分化的叶绿体,高尔基小泡沿着叶绿体外膜移动,2)高尔基体靠近细胞核,其成熟面向着细胞核;高尔基小泡经核孔进入细胞核内,3)高尔基体与微体靠近,高尔基小泡移向微体并沿着微体膜移动。

Abstract:By electron microscopic technique,the dedifferentiating mesophyll cells of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni were observed to show the relationship between golgi body and chloroplast,nucleus as well as microbody respectively. The main results are as follows:1) The mature face of golgi body tightly closed to the dedifferentiating chloroplast,and the golgi vesicles transferred along the outer mem-brance of chloroplast. 2) Golgi body closed and its matur face faced the nucleus;and the golgi vesicles had entered into nuclei through nucleopores. 3) Golgi body closed microbody,and the golgi vesicles moved toward microbody and transferred along its membrance.
