| 摘 要： | 通过分析读者对图书馆员与图书馆环境有关的社会知觉，能明确图书馆社会知觉的概念。大学生读者的图书馆社会知觉偏差有多种表现形式，消减读者对图书馆员刻板印象需采取相应的方法。面对困扰图书馆员和读者的提前霸住和图书污损等现象。需要有破解的整体思路。
