| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了当前建筑抗灾的局限性,分析了地震、洪水和泥石流等自然灾害在我国的特点,并提出了在建筑设计和城市规划中应如何尽可能地减轻灾害带来的影响,除了这些建筑技术措施之外,还考虑了社会防灾减灾的一些措施。

| Abstract: | Some limitations to against natural disaster in building designing were discussed and the characteristics of earthquake, flood, mudrock flow and other disasters were analyzed in the paper. Some measures including architect and society methods about how to alleviate disaster were suggested in the paper. |
