城市生活垃圾不同可生化单基质负荷与厌氧污泥混合厌氧试验研究

摘    要:通过城市生活垃圾不同负荷的可生化单基质与厌氧污泥的混合厌氧消化实验研究,结果表明,在0.5gVS/(L·d)负荷以下,米饭、黄豆、肥肉和芹菜均未产生酸抑制问题。随着负荷的增大,有机酸的积累严重,米饭基质在1.0gVS/(L·d)负荷下产生了酸抑制,最低酸化点为3.73;黄豆基质在2.0gVS/(L·d)负荷下产生了酸抑制,最低酸化点为4.90;肥肉在1.5gVS/(L·d)负荷下产生了酸抑制,最低酸化点为5.02。而在整个反应周期内,芹菜基质各个负荷下都未产生酸抑制。

Abstract:The paper studies anaerobic co-digestion for biodegradable municipal solid waste and anaerobic sludge with different substrates loads, it showed that Rice, Soybean, Fat meat and Celery didn' t meet acid inhibition with the load of 0.5gVS/(L?d). According to accumulation of VFA, acid inhibition was happened in the load about of 1.0gVS/(L?d) for Rice, the load about of 2.0gVS/(L?d) for Soybean, and the load about of 1,5gVS/(L?d) for Fat meat with the lowest acidification point 3.73, 4.90 and 5.02, respectively, In the whole reaction period, Celery didn't meet acid inhibition with every load .
