| 摘 要： | 随着我国全国健身运动的开展，人口数量、质量、结构的变化，以及现代生活方式的变化，生活水平的提高，人们势必要去寻求以放松愉快的情感体验为目标，从而在心理上得到满足、身体上得到活动的身心锻炼形式，这就是娱乐体育。目前，我国已具备了发展娱乐体育的各种条件，是其发展的大好时机，它将向着多样性、自然化的方向迅速发展。

| Abstract: | This is because that the carrying out of health promoting project causes a new idea of health.The change of the popalalion in quantity,quality and structure,the increase of leisure time,the change of style in life,and the increase of the level of people's life bring about a need of new style of sports,whith is aimed at searching for a pleasent feeling so as to satisfy oneself psychologically as well as exercising the body. |
