试论旅游者生态责任及培育机制

旅游者生态责任主要表现在遵从旅游地社区法律法规、尊重社会公德、维护旅游地资源环境、进行自我道德教育和实行绿色环保消费等方面。旅游者生态素质的培育依赖于宣传教育和舆论导向,规范旅游政策法规,旅游决策、规划部门、企业和从业人员的合理引导与旅游技术支持等途径。

Ecology Responsibility of Tourist and Constructive Mechanism

The ecology responsibility of tourists can be paraphrased as follows： comply with laws and statutes, conform to conventional norm and morality＇, protect the resources and environment, self-training for morality and promote green model consumption in favor of environment protection of tourism communities, etc. Establishment of tourists＇ ecology features depend on some ways ,such as education and propagation, tourism policy and statutes confinement, tourism make-decision ,reasonable encouragement and technologic aid of department of planning, corporations and tourism services, and so on.
