三种海藻凝集素对刺参组织免疫酶SOD、PO活性的影响

摘    要:在基础饲料中分别添加质量分数为0.90%、1.80%、3.60%的裙带菜凝集素,1.36%、2.73%、5.45%的孔石莼凝集素,0.47%、0.94%、1.88%的萱藻凝集素,以基础饲料组为对照组,于投喂后第5、10、15、20天检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酚氧化酶(PO)活性.结果显示,各实验组的SOD、PO活性与对照组比较均有提高,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)和极显著差异(P<0.01).投喂1.80%质量浓度裙带菜凝集素组、1.36%质量浓度孔石莼凝集素组、1.88%质量浓度萱藻凝集素组效果最佳.海藻凝集素可作为刺参免疫增强剂使用,建议其适宜添加量为:1.80%裙带菜凝集素、1.36%孔石莼凝集素和1.88%萱藻凝集素.

Effects of Three Marine Alga Lectins on the Activities of Major Immunoenzymes SOD and PO in Apostichopus Japonicus

Abstract:The effects of three lectins from Undaria pinnatifida lectin,Ulva pertusa lectin and Scytosiphon lomentarius lectin on the activities of Superoxide dismutase( SOD),Polyphenol oxidase( PO) of Apostichopus japonicus were studied by supplying various lectin. The experimental dietary levels of Undaria pinnatifida lectin were 0. 90%( m /m),1. 80% and 3. 60%,and Ulva pertusa lectin were 1. 36% 、2. 73% 、5. 45%,and Scytosiphon lomentarius lectin were 0. 47% 、0. 94% 、1. 88% respectively,Group fed with basic feed was set as control. On the 5th,10th,15th and20th day after feeding,the activities of Superoxide dismutase( SOD) and Polyphenol oxidase( PO) in Apostichopus japonicus were determined. The results indicated that the activities of SOD and PO of each group increased,respectively,has a significant difference( P < 0. 05) and a highly significant difference( P < 0. 01),with the control group. Feeding 1. 80% concentration group of Undaria pinnatifida lectin; 1. 36% concentration group of Ulva pertusa lectin;1. 88% concentration group of Scytosiphon lomentarius lectin are best. The results show that marine algae lectin can be used as the Apostichopus japonicus immune enhancer,it is recommended that the appropriate dosage: 1. 80% Undaria pinnatifida lectin,1. 36% Ulva pertusa lectin and 1. 88% Scytosiphon lomentarius lectin.
