| 摘 要： | 分析了硬质合金可转位刀片生产的具体问题，结合我国的实际情况，开发了一套可转位刀片的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统，并已投入实际使用。该系统为研制开发国产新型刀片提供了先进的技术工具。

| Abstract: | The design and manufacture of cemented carbide indexable inserts are discussed.A CAD/CAM system is developed according to Chinese practice. This system is composed of several modules including geometric modelling,NC programming and machining,CAT in-terface and post-processing. The construction of the chip groove surface by cube spline,the control of machining accuracy,machining path and the selection of the row pitch are also dis-cussed.This system has been successfully used in the development of many new chip grooves in indexable inserts. |
