| Abstract: | In this paper, recent advances of the thin-film solar cells in the International PVSEC-5 are reported. These data included the performances of single-junction and multijunction amorphous silicon cells, performances of polycrystalline CuInSe2 and CdTe cells, and performances of thin-film polycrystalline Si and singlecrystal GaAs. |
