| 摘 要： | 分析了高技术产业的基本特征，综述了世界高技术产业化的历史进程、多国策略和共生－竞争格局的形成，在分析了国际经济的基本走和和中国自然资源所赋予的经济结构、共生化进程、产业群的关联与现状、技术进步等宏观变量基础上，提出了中国政府的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The basic characteristics of high tech industry are analysed. The historical progress of international high tech industrialization, the tactics and coexistence in many nations-the formation of competitive pattern is summarized. On the basic of analyzing international economic,basic tendency,economic structure,industrial progress,the relation and current situation of industrial group,technical progress,the countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese government are presented. |
