| 摘 要： | 对异翅独尾草(Eremurus anisopterus (Kar.et Kir)Regel)体细胞染色体计数，并对其核型进行分析。结果表明：异翅独尾草的染色体数目为2n=28；为四倍体植物，其核型公式为2n=4x=4m 16st 8t；核型类型为3B。

| Abstract: | Karyotype of Eremurus Anisopterus distributed in Xinjiang,China was studied. The results showed that it was a tetraploid plant,and its chromosome number was 2n=4x=28=4m 16st 8t.It belongs to the type of 2B from the viewpoint of the karyotype recommended by Stebbins. |
