提升法治理念 构建平安和谐西藏

法治理念是推动社会法治化进程,保证依法治国的精神动力,是人们对法治本质及其规律的理性认识与整体把握而形成的一系列理性的基本观念,是对法律精神的理解和对法律价值的解读而形成的一种认知模式。文章认为,通过完善立法、推进公平司法、依法行政以及加大普法宣传力度,增强民众的法律意识,从而提升整个西藏社会的法治理念,构建平安和谐的西藏。

Promoting the Idea of the Rule of Law Building a Harmonious Tibet

The rule of law is to promote social legalization process and ensure the force of ruling the government in accordance with written laws.It is a series of idea based on people＇s rational recognition of the rule of law and a kind of cognitive pattern on the basis of the interpretation of the spirit and value of the law.The paper,states that,through improving the legislation,promoting fair judicial process,governing in accordance with laws and increasing people＇s awareness of laws,we can promote the idea of the rule of law in Tibet and build a peaceful and harmonious Tibet.
