| 摘 要： | 从分子设计出发,在不易溶于水的二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂UV-9中引入水溶性、适配性好,低毒且无刺激性的聚乙二醇,从而改变原料的水不溶性.首先聚乙二醇与尿素在四氯化锡做催化剂的条件下合成了氨基甲酸聚乙二醇酯,然后氨基甲酸聚乙二醇酯、甲醛与商品化紫外线吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮通过多步反应合成出一种水溶性二苯甲酮类树脂.通过试验改进工艺条件,得出在聚乙二醇平均分子量为1 540时,这种水溶型高分子紫外线吸收剂水中溶解性能最好,在水中溶解率可以达到常温下93%,树脂本身为透明的淡黄色液体.

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of molecule design, the water-soluble polymeric ultraviolet absorbers is synthesized through introducing water-soluble, good-match polyethylene glycol （PEG） to partly water-soluble dibenzophenone ultraviolet absorbers. At first PEG carbamate is synthesized by urea and PEG with SnC14 as catalyst. Then PEG carbamate, formaldehyde and ultraviolet absorber synthesize to a kind of water-soluble resin with many steps. When the molecular weight of PEG amount to 1540, it has good water solubility. The result shows that the solubility ratio of polymeric ultraviolet absorber in water is 93 % at room temperature and it is transparent yellowish liquid. |
