截割器虚拟样机的驱动转速和负载转矩仿真分析

摘    要:针对轮系之间的动力学行为进行探究,并应用ADAMS软件开展齿轮动力学理论分析,在完成截割减速器虚拟样机模型的基础上,在ADAMS中低速级运动仿真模型中添加截割减速器轮系碰撞力、驱动转速和负载转矩,最终给出了动力学仿真分析的结果.

Abstract:Exploring the dynamics between the gear train, the paper conducted theoretical analysis on gear dynamics using ADAMS software. On the basis of the completion of cutting device virtual prototype model, ADAMS added in low-level simulation model of cutting reducer gear train collision, driving speed and load torque, at last the dynamics simulation results are given.
