机床主传动系统能量传输数学模型

摘    要:本文针对现有研究的不足,首次从机床电机和机械传动系统一体化的角度出发,在考虑机床运行中多种能量损耗并存的情况下,以机电系统和各传动环节的能量流程为基础,建立了机床主传动系统的能量传输数学模型;从而为机床能量传输规律的揭示、机床节能途径的探索以及机床能量信息监控技术的研究建立了基础。

Abstract:Based on the energy flow path of the drive links of machine tools and the consideration that there exists simultaneously various energy losses in machine tools in operation, the energy transmission mathematical models of the main driving system of machine tools are created by analysing synthetically the energy losses in the motor and mechanical system of machine tools, which lays a foundation for the studies on the energy transmission laws, energy saving and energy information monitoring in machining processes.
