高效毛细管电泳的初步研究

摘    要:介绍自行设计组装的高效毛细管电泳的仪器系统!将表面活性剂添加于电解液中, 初步研究了一些电泳参数,添加阴离子表面活性剂如十二烷基硫酸钠的电解液可用于电中性化合 物的分离,添加阳离子表面活性剂如十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的电解液可用于阴离子包括无机阴离 子和小分子有机酸根离子的分离,对直接和间接分光光度检测法均进行了尝试。

Abstract:The instrumental system for high performance capillary electrophoresis was set up and the primary studies were carried out. The electrolyte solution containing anionic surfactant such as sodium dodecyl sutfate could be used in the separation of neutral compounds. The electrolyte solution containing cationic surfactant such as cetyltrimethylammonium bromide could be used in the separation of inorganic anions and small molecular organic acids. Both direct and indirect spectromelry detection methods were tried.
