航空发动机试车台空气雾化加湿系统设计与研究

摘    要:航空发动机检验试车时,进口空气湿度会影响对发动机性能的准确评判。针对某航空发动机试车台,开展了空气雾化加湿系统设计与研究。采用基于欧拉法的气液两相流动计算方法研究了液滴喷出后的运动过程和传质过程,分析了液滴参数对空气湿度的影响。计算结果表明:液滴直径直接影响了空气的加湿湿度,饱和水蒸气加湿流量条件下,空气温度与液滴最大允许直径成抛物线关系;低温环境时,可以通过喷射过盈的水流量增大空气湿度。根据分析结果,完成了航空发动机试车台雾化喷嘴选型和喷雾段设计,通过开启不同数量的喷嘴可以满足不同温度下进口空气的加湿需求。

Abstract:In aero-engine test runs, the humidity of inlet air will affect the accurate evaluation of engine performance. The design and research of air atomization humidification system was carried out for an aero-engine test bench. The movement process and mass transfer process of droplets was studied by using the calculation method of gas-liquid two-phase flow based on Euler method, and the influence of droplet parameters on air humidity was analyzed. The results show that the droplet diameter directly affects the inlet air humidity. Under the condition of saturated steam humidification flow, the air temperature has a parabolic relationship with the maximum droplet diameter. In low temperature environment, the inlet air humidity can be increased by spraying excessive water flow. According to the analysis results, the atomization nozzle was selected and the layout of nozzles was designed for an aero-engine test bench. Different tempera inlet air can be humidified by opening different numbers of nozzles.
