我国比较科技政策研究的现状及应对思路

通过对比较科技政策内涵的界定,总结了我国比较科技政策研究的现存问题,即比较科技政策的相关研究文献数量少、研究质量有待提高、研究群体的结构不合理、"本土化"研究薄弱、基本研究范式单一;提出了完善我国比较科技政策研究的初步思路。
