La(NO_3)_3离子对4种苜蓿种子活力与膜透性作用的影响

摘    要:以6种La(NO3)3离子浓度处理4种紫花苜蓿种子活力及膜透性进行比较研究,结果表明:当La3+浓度小于600μg/mL时,La3+可促进种子的活力,达900μg/mL时,对膜透性影响最明显.说明经La3+处理后,苜蓿种子活力与膜透性没有直接的影响.膜透性的显著变化,表明La3+在达到最大致死剂量时,膜结构受到了破坏,而La3+对种子活力的影响是综合作用所决定的.

Abstract:The medic seeds were soaded in La(NO_3)_3 solution at 600 μg/mL concentration.Results showed the activity of seeds were promoted and chlorophy contents in the seeds were increased.The medic seeds were soaked in La(NO_3)_3 solution with concentration of 900 μg/mL,the results showed the membrane permeability were bad.The soaked seeds showed the activity don not relate to the membrane.
