成熟市场中产品定价的多变量线性回归模型分析

摘    要:成本、需求和竞争者三要素是企业为其产品定价的基础,而定价应侧重考虑三要素的哪一方面的问题与市场演进阶段有关.当产品处于市场成熟阶段时,对竞争者所生产的产品性能和价格的关系进行分析显得非常重要.该文用多变量线性回归模型,结合分位点及残差图,对2001年日本汽车市场价格进行分析,得出价格与汽车性能的关系模型,从而进一步说明多变量线性回归模型在成熟市场的产品定价方面是适用的.

Abstract:Cost, demand and competition are three fundamental factors of pricing for products. Which one among these factors should be given the highest priority is related to the particular status in the market evolution. In a maturity market, analysis of relations between prices and product attributes of competitors is very important. By using a multiple linear regression model together with quantile and residual plots, this paper analyzes the prices of Japanese automobiles in 2001, and presents a model for the price and attributes of the automobiles. It is shown that the model of multiple linear regression is suitable for product pricing in a maturity market.
