稳定工况下柴油机氧化催化剂净化性能分析

摘    要:本文通过分析在全流型稀释风洞中测得的测定工况下柴油机的排放数据,探索了发动机本体的排放性能以及采用氧化催化剂作为后处理时的催化剂净化特性,结果表明,发动机本体的微粒子排放最大值发生在低速高负荷区与中高速低负荷区,以高温→低温的试验顺序可获得较高的催化剂净化率,氧化催化剂的最佳净化特性发生在中转速中负荷区。

Abstract:A study of diesel engines' exhaust feature and oxidation catalyst conversion characteristics was carried out by analysing the data measured in the full-flow dilution tunnel under steady operating conditions. The result slowed that maximum particulate exhaust happened in the low-speed high-load as well as in the median-high speed low load regions. The conversion efficiency obtained in the test sequence of high to low temperature was higher than that of low to high temperature sequence. The best conversion characteristic of oxidation catalyst was located in the median-speed median-load operation region.
