| 摘 要： | 儿童单纯性肥胖对儿童的健康危害很大，增加他们的心血管负担，不利于健康的成长．特别是肥胖儿童成年后多数会发生高血压、冠心病、高血脂症等．笔者通过问卷调查，得出学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖产生的原因以及控制肥胖的方法．

| Abstract: | Simple obesity of children' s does great harm to their health and burden their heart and blood vessels, which is not benefit for their healthy growth. Especially, this can cause various diseases, such as, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and the diseases of heart and blood vessels, ect, in their adulthood. By the questionnaire, the reasons and anti - measures of the simple obesity of children have been explored in this article. |
