黄腐酸和赤霉素对冬小麦种子萌发的影响

摘    要:小麦种子萌发过程中,质膜相对透性、α-淀粉酶和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。FA、GA及二者混合处理均能促进小麦生长,提高α-淀粉酶活性,降低质膜相对透性,FA及FA+GA还能使POD活性增加。FA、FA+GA在小麦种子萌了过程中都具有GA的类似效果。

Abstract:During the germination of wheat seeds, their membrane permeability, activities of α-amylase and peroxidase increased at first,then decreased. After treatment of FA,GA or FA+GA,the growth of seedling and the activity of α-amylase increased,membrane permeability decreased;the activity of POD decreased after treatment of FA and FA+GA. So we concluded FA and FA+GA had GA's function during germination.
