EWB在电力电子电路仿真中的应用

摘    要:用电子设计自动化软件EWB建立了电力电子主电路全控制器件的组合器件模型,并用subcircuit子电路对此模型及同步电压为锯齿波的晶闸管触发电路进行封装,最后采用此模型及触发控制板对直流斩波电路和相控整流电路进行了仿真控制。结果表明:该组合器件模型方法是正确的,EWB软件界面直观,使用方便快捷,特别是其丰富的虚拟仪器及完善的功能设置,适合于电力电路大系统的仿真,为电力电子虚拟实验的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:The combined device model of power electronic circuit switch device is established by using electronic design automatic software EWB. And then,the subcircuit function of EWB is used to encapsulate the model and thyristor trigger circuit being a block respectively. Lastly,the model and trigger control plate are used to carry out the simulation control over Cuk chopper and phase controlled rectifier. The reults indicate that the model method of combined devices is correct,and that EWB software interface is in intuition,convenience and agility to use,particularly with its virtual instrument and perfectly functional settings,being adaptable to the large scale system simulation in power electronic circuit,whereby laying a solid base for the development of power electronic virtual experiments.
