| 摘 要： | 阐述了安全性评价(SES)的含义及发展概况,说明安全性评价工作是对电力企业安全生产行之有效的管理方法,指出了准确理解和把握安全性评价的动态管理特性,是安全性评价工作有效实施和管理优化的重要前提;分析了安全性评价的动态管理特性必然存在的原因;提出了电力企业在安全性评价工作实施过程中应实行以人为本的管理,持续完善和更新安全性评价工作的评价内容和标准,实行全过程闭环动态管理,注重推动安全性评价的优化与发展。
