摘    要:近两年来,我国珠江三角、长江三角洲和闽东南等地区相继出现较为严重的农民工短缺现象,严重制约了我国经济的发展。我国是劳动力资源大国,而今劳动力资源大国遭遇“民工荒”之痛,这为研究我国农民工短缺现象提供了现实的条件和基础。“民工荒”产生的根源很多,基于人力资源管理理论,从农民工所处的组织入手,来研究我国“民工荒”现象产生的企业层面的原因,揭示企业在人力资源管理方面存在的不足。

Abstract:In recent two years,the shortage of peasant workers comes forth in many areas,such as the Yangtze River Delta,Zhujiang Delta and Southeast of Fujian Province,which has greatly hampered our economic development.The cheap labor forces of nearly 90-million peasants have been thought as infinite supply in China,which has provided the feasibility of a further research on the shortage of peasant workers.There are many reasons for the shortage of peasant workers,and from the aspect of enterprise human resource management,this paper mainly analyses the reasons for the shortage in the enterprise,and explores the disadvantages of human resource management.
