摘    要:
近几年,世界人口老龄化的问题使跌倒检测技术得到了快速的发展,但是商业规模没有发展完善。跌倒检测技术能够迅速检测特殊人群跌倒事件的发生并及时报警,保护特殊人群的身体健康,节约社会医疗资源。本文归纳了基于惯性传感器的跌倒检测技术的主要进展,包括设备佩戴位置、算法以及综合性能进行了比较研究,讨论了实验对象的选择、实验环境的设置、样本动作的分类、检测指标四方面的对总体性能的影响,提出了建立更科学的评价标准建议,在此基础上对该技术的研究前景进行了展望,本文对该项技术的进一步研究设计以及商品化开发具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:
In recent years, the world"s population aging of the population problem that fall detection technology has been rapid development. But there is no developing commercial scale. Fall detection technology can quickly detect the occurrence of falls in a special group of people, alarm in time to protect the health of special populations, and save social medical resources. This paper summarized the main progress of fall detection technology based on inertial sensors, including equipment wear location, algorithm and comprehensive performance study, also some discussion on the four aspects about the choice of the subject, the setting of the experiment environment, sample action classification, detection index which had enormous impact on the overall performance. We proposed the establishment of a more scientific evaluation standard proposal, discussed the research prospect of this technology on this basis. All above would have a certain reference value for the further study of technology designing and commercial development.
