摘    要:介绍了人工智能嗅觉系统工作的基本原理及其在食品加工中的应用。同时,指出了用人工智能嗅觉系统对食品品质进行评判,不仅能够保证评判结果的准确性,而且还具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The basic principle of artificial intelligence olfactory systems is expounded,and their applications in food processing are advanced.Meanwhile,both the correct of judgment results and application prospect in food processing by use of the system are pointed out.
