| 摘 要： | 教师是高等学校活动的主导，是实施素质教育实践最重要的主体，也是深化教学改革的关犍。大学外语教学旨在培养学生掌握较高的外语知识，较强的外语能力以及有利于其培养独创性和自我发展能力的外语素质。外语教师的素质是：思想品质素质，专业素质，综合文化素质，心理生理素质。
